Senior Technical Sales Leader
Zulna Heriscar is a highly effective, goal oriented leader with a 15+ year track record of outstanding achievement in sales, product marketing, operations and business strategy & development. She has demonstrated success working with C-level executives, internal and external Microsoft partners, across field sales (NCD – Minnesota, LATAM – Florida and Greater Southeast – Georgia) as well as, with customers/partners across varied industries which include Fortune 100, Education, State and Local Government and Health and Life Sciences in the Fortune 100 – 500, Mid-Market and Breadth segments – to drive exceptional client satisfaction, revenue growth, and new joint business ventures.
In her most previous role, she served as the Chief of Staff to Tony Scripa, GM of OEM Operations. In this role, she partnered with the OEM Operations senior leadership team to develop and execute Microsoft’s strategy and operating model to support the future of Microsoft’s phone, tablet and consumer devices division.
Currently, she is the Worldwide Field Partner Sales Strategy Lead at Microsoft in the Intelligent Cloud Business unit focused on helping partners navigate and thrive leveraging the Microsoft partner ecosystem to accelerate and execute sales motions.
Zulna earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University. She resides in the greater Seattle, WA area.
